Who the heck are you?
Who am I? A question most of the individuals living in different parts of the world often ask themselves. The race is clearly defined as the grouping of individuals/human based on shared physical appearances, on social qualities into categories generally viewed as distinct by the society. Identity has existed over a more extended period the fact that the community is a host to people of different cultures and the way of life is entirely distinct has immensely contributed to racial cases which has seen it favors the whites at the expense of the black people who still depend on the social setup for their continued existence. How many times have the blacks demonstrated in the streets all over the world fighting for their rightful place in society and how many times have their cries landed on deaf ears? Racism and black ideology is a phenomenon that only the society can handle and this is through equality among the different people living in it. The fact that we are of different phenotypic make up it does not mean that were less important in the society, this is the feeling that black people exhibit deep inside making them unable to perform into their full potentials within the society they exist. The study aims to define the root cause of change in the view of the subject and how the community values the black peoples. Also, it targets to elaborate how the phenotypic differences among individuals dictate their existence and interaction within a particular social set up.
What matters?
Race issue and black ideology have generally been a phenomenon every dawn that seeks to be solved for the sustainability of the blacks in the society. The study aims to define the root cause of change in the view of the subject and how the community values the black peoples. How the phenotypic differences among individuals dictate their existence and interaction within a particular social set up.
The fact that black people face different challenges within a social set up and are not recognized generally there rise a need to put an end to the idea that the whites have more desirable characteristics, unlike the blacks. The society has to be able to evaluate both the white and black people in similar terms and be able to accommodate both with no racial differences emanating from it.
How it is in the past?
The evolution of race is backdated in the 18th century and has seen numerous advancements and how different individuals view the idea of race and the existence of blacks in society. Rushton, (1996) views race as a life history that constitutes different periods and the continuity of the series of events that has led to the race being a common factor in the society. Over the centuries race has seen its evolution from early taxonomic where it was described as phenotypic, and the most desirable features were associated with whites.

Van Dijk, (1998) argues that ideology is a basis of social representation; he further indicates that an individual is placed in society through how the other view him and the fact that his race dictates the relationship with the others in the community. Colonization has also been a critical factor in contributing to how the nation treats the black since their position in it is clearly defined as a source of cheap labor in the colonial period all the way through the slave trade.
What ways?
The research used an interview from different individuals with the aim of acquiring first-hand information on how they view race and their stand for black people in society. Detailed questionnaires were incorporated in the research where they featured open-ended question seeking to get the freedom and will of the respondents I giving regular feedback on the issue of black ideology.
Key Points
Race and black ideology has impacted society significantly since it possesses a different challenge that includes;
· Races a discriminative to the blacks
· There is no sense of belonging to that society
· Depression is the in thing among many blacks due to selective isolation by the society.
What u learned?
In conclusion, the ideology and race are the key factors in social gaps in different societies and for this to be bridged the individuals within that set up should be willing to change the already existing mindset and be able to view black people as part and parcel of that society. Also, they should relate in a manner that will lead to a productive society and live harmoniously together for a brighter tomorrow, failure to this the aspect of racism will continue to preserve in the society and lead to underperformance of the population within that society.
